Long before remote working was cool (or necessary), we embraced the concept of supporting our staff members to work from whatever location suited them best. We are a 100% remote team with team members spread across Australia.

You can work from home, the beach, a café, or even while travelling Australia in a van. We don’t mind where you work from. That’s the beauty of our 100% remote model.

We call it freeworking.

Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. Our tight-knit team is close not because we share an office space but because we share a passion. Our culture is clear, strong, and focused and it’s reinforced by an exceptional onboarding process.

We stay in constant touch with each other through video conferencing, phone calls, instant messenger, emails, and Teams. And, when we can, we catch up in person to do deep thinking and deep bonding.

How our team works together
